The space is strategically designed to host 12 seated guests with ample standing room for up to 20 attendees, facilitating fluid networking and movement between the racing simulators and the social areas. The layout optimizes flow, allowing guests to spectate races while mingling with colleagues.

THE GARAGE: A dedicated area features tables with seating for 8 people and high top tables and chairs holding another 4 guests. This arrangement encourages conversation and serves as the main hub for meals and informal meetings.

COUNTERTOP: A sleek, dedicated countertop acts as a professional buffet station. This space is ideal for catering setups, coffee breaks, and cocktail hours, keeping food and beverages accessible yet separate from the high-tech racing equipment.

Presentation & Meeting Hub: A large, high-definition television is strategically placed near the seating area. This screen serves as the professional focal point, ready for wireless laptop connection to run corporate presentations, quarterly reviews, or event agendas, ensuring business needs are met in an exciting environment.

Race Control Displays: Simultaneously, additional "broadcast TVs" are mounted throughout the venue, displaying live lap times, driver standings, and in-car camera views, so attendees can watch the on-track action unfolding in real-time.
